Jenni & Scott were married at the Mariners Church in Newport Beach, then their reception at the Pacific Club. We had introduced The Pacific Club to them while in the location sourcing process… a perfect fit for what they were looking for – excellent quality food, close to the ceremony location, an intimate yet private space just for their wedding!
We decided on a palette of Black & White with accents of Emerald Green. Jenni & Scott really wanted the wedding to exude a feel of Modern Elegance. The Mille Fiori designed the gorgeous, modern florals that included calla lilies, white & green amaryllis, billy balls, anemones, hydrangeas, and phalenopsis orchids. Custom table runners & table caps were made using Wildflower Linen‘s black & white Spanish Paisley design, as well as Emerald Green Runners.
Guests danced all night to The Cowling Band (from West Coast Music) – and even remember as Jenni’s father was on the dancefloor singing to “Sweet Caroline”! The evening’s sweets were made by The Pacific Club’s Executive Pastry Chef, Raul Porciuncula (whose also a personal friend of mine), which made the event even more special to be able to have Raul’s desserts enjoyed by Jenni & Scott, and their wedding guests!
