| The most celebrated event that people don't get to enjoy much is their wedding day. Why???? Couples are too stressed over the florist, the wedding gown, the table assignments...etc. The list goes on and on. This is why I'm most grateful and appreciative to my wedding coordinator who did an absolutely exceptional job on planning and coordinating our entire wedding event!!
"There was no madness, no bumps, no hiccups but rather a smooth flowing day of celebration." Carolyn's timeliness, organization, efficiencies and thoroughness made our wedding day perfect. Just to provide some examples of how she did such an amazing job: Carolyn had a walk through with us in the hotel and the Church from inception; For the majority of the time, Carolyn was the one who coordinated with the Church, Hotel event manager, florist, DJ, Band, lighting experts, photographer, videographer and with the rest of the vendors throughout the months leading up to the wedding day; She ensured the vendors had directions, maps and contact numbers in case of emergencies; She provided our friends, family and relatives with her contact no. days before the big event because she knew we had our own personal stressors.
Most especially I commend her for her expertise and outstanding recommendations for the exquisite floral arrangements, elegant lighting and stylish yet tasteful room motif which made the Hotel Ballroom look flawless. In light of the successful wedding day, Carolyn and her team are the BEST in the wedding coordinating business and I give them the highest recommendation. |
